I just completed the Leadership Coaching program conducted by Fernanda. Expectations were initially high and were, with much room, overcomed by her excellent work. In addition to an extraordinary ability to perceive scenarios, Fernanda has an unusual emotional ability. I have the clear perception that I leave the program significantly better than I did. The challenges were thoroughly, and from the beginning, identified and debated. The program imposes movements that take us out of the comfort zone, with the clear objective of personal evolution. Fernanda is “go get it”.
